Italian Artisan Gelato is the main offer: either on a STICK and SCOOP Gelato (cones & cups), the latter mainly produced on the spot in front of the customer.
CAFE’ (Coffee & Drinks)and Chocolate Factory (pralines, bars, etc..) are sides formats that may be added to gelato shop (both or just one) and implemented according to location.
Supplementary PRODUCTS available in the system: Gelato Cakes • Granita (slushes) • Shakes • Waffles • Chocolate, etc..

This format offers the greatest opportunities. It includes a laboratory and a point of sale where the complete assortment of gelato is presented alongside a café and snack bar, complete with tables and seating.
This is the version of the format solely for retail, WITHOUT a production laboratory (to be set up externally).
The modular format for the gelateria shop. Starting from an area of just 14 square meters, it presents a complete offering of gelato on a STICK and SCOOP for cones and cups (for the latter, it is also possible to have CONTINUOUS BATCH FREEZERS for on-site production!). Other complementary products can be selected based on the store’s capacity. The production laboratory can be set up in an adjacent space or at another location.
Designed to properly suits aisles or passageways of Shopping Malls or similar, it’s fitted with main equipments to be a sale store. Starting from as low as 10 sqm, will offer both Gelato on a stick and Scoop Gelato plus a selection of supplementary products according to location capacity.
